Everything you need to install, operate, and contribute to OpenTOPAS—straight from the official manuals.

Contribute via Fork

Keep contributions aligned with the `develop` branch and validate them through our qi-opentopas workflow.

  1. Fork OpenTOPAS/OpenTOPAS, create a feature branch off develop, and sync often.
  2. Clone your fork
git clone https://github.com/OpenTOPAS/qi-opentopas.git for QA automation.
  3. Run qi-opentopas checks locally (build, regression, formatting) before opening a Pull Request (PR).
  4. Open the PR against develop, link related issues, and describe datasets/settings used.
